Laurus Higher Education is committed to ensuring that our students’ learning experience is a positive one and you are successful in your studies.
We appreciate that there may be times when you need to bring matters to our attention and will always endeavour to find solutions for you.
If you do not feel satisfied with the solutions we have provided, there is a formal complaints policy and process available to all students.
If you wish to lodge a complaint about LHE, you can contact the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency TEQSA | Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency
The National Student Ombudsman works with students and higher education providers to resolve complaints. They are an impartial, free, independent service available to all students. LHE would prefer students to follow the internal complaints process before seeking external resolution, however, students are at liberty to contact the National Student Ombudsman at any time before, during or after an internal complaint has been lodged. Further information on the National Student Ombudsman is available from their website National Student Ombudsman (NSO)
Laurus Higher Education has a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual assault in any form and we are committed to supporting students and staff who have experienced an assault of this nature.
Our Responding to Sexual Assault Policy and Procedure outline our position and the process for responding to sexual assault incidences.
